Instructions • This is a practice activity for the appendicular muscles and material covered in Chapter 11.
• Please be advised that there are a variety of correct answers possible when identifying an
anatomical structure/landmark/or item. Due to the differences in English, American, and any
other reputable and sourced medical terminology, it is impossible for every variation of answer
to be provided.
• Indicate whether the structure is a muscle, tendon, or aponeurosis when giving the answer. Be
sure to include either an 'm.' or 'muscle' at the end of each answer. For example, if your answer
is trapezius, you would need to enter it as 'trapezius m. or trapezius muscle".
• Please refer to your lab manual and your instructor's specific guidelines and instructions when
you have questions about an answer provided. These practice activities are here for you to
ascertain your knowledge and retention but are NOT the only way the material on lab can be
tested.
