The example for positive : “ Better days will come.”

The example for negative : “ All my days are / always will be bad.”

The difference is how the person spoke and the effect it has on them. The positive is better for that

their mental health.

Acute stress is temporary, while chronic stress is continuous. The body can function and manage
acute stress but chronic, harms the body.

Examples of acute stress : A final exam, pageant, election, last minute plans, and college

Examples of chronic stress are : Unsafe neighborhood, debt, and or bad households .

Which one causes more overall stress? Why?)
Major life events are the most stressful in a person’s life, while Daily hassles create more overall
stress since they occur more often.
