Obvious injury or bleeding?
3) LOC ✔️AVPU-Alert- patient

4) Airway ✔️Snoring? Gurgling? Stridor? Silence? Is it a patent airway?
5) Breathing ✔️Present? quality and rate, PUT THE PATENT ON THE
PROPPER AMOUNT OF OXYGEN( NRB? BVM? Inutbation?)
6) Circulation ✔️Radial and carotid pulses present? skin color,
temperature, moisture, capilary refil... MAKE A TRANSPORT DECISION: LOAD
and GO( one red or 2 blues) Stay and Play???
7) Fix any uncontrollable hemorhage ✔️Bleeding on any aspect of the
body that needs to be addressed needs to be delegated to a member of your
crew
8) Begining of Rapid Trauma Assesment Head and Neck ✔️major facial
injuries, JVD, Tracheal deviation, subcutaneous emphysema.. After assesment,
PUT ON C-COLLAR
9)Chest ✔️look for asymetry, contusions, penetrations, paradoxal
motion, cheast rise and fall, Lung Sounds!! Heart Tones!!
