MLBPA AGENT EXAM STUDY SET 2024-2025
Agent Regulations - Equipment - ANSWER: Each player receives $3,000 in
equipment per year.
- This applies to all players, regardless of roster status.
- Within 48 hours of an agent change, the total amount of equipment acquired must
be reported to the MLBPA.
- Annual disclosures must be submitted to the MLBPA by March 1.

ANSWER: Per diem allowance received on the road ($117.50)
Allowance / Expense Reimbursement (In-season Supplement Allowance 7&7) -
ANSWER: Hotel and per diem for the first seven days at home following
assignment.
- Owed every task to the Major League Club.
- Unless sent to a minor within seven days.
