Fire Team - answer The smallest formation in the US Army
Consists of 4 or fewer personnel
Concept is based on the need for tactical flexibility and is capable of
autonomous operations as part of its next larger unit. (ADP 3-90)


Authorized Leader is a Sergeant


Crew - answer Consists of all personnel operating a particular
system


This includes weapons systems, such as a tank or machinegun, or a
vehicle system, such as a helicopter, or a sensor system, such as a
target acquisition radar.
