Bradycardia (Pediatric) - ANS-A. PTNT HR ≤ 60 bpm and signs of inadequate
perfusion.
1) Assist ventilation at a rate of 20 breaths per minute.
2) Begin CPR, if the heart rate is not rapidly increasing following 30 seconds of assisted
ventilation.
3) Check for a pulse every 2 minutes.
