Pulmonary Artery - carries deoxygenated blood from the right ventricle to the
lungs.



Right Artrium - Receives deoxygenated blood from the body



Left Ventricle - Pumps oxygenated blood into the aorta



Right Ventricle - pumps deoxygenated blood into the pulmonary artery



Bicuspid Valve - valve between the left atrium and the left ventricle.



Tricuspid Valve - valve between the right atrium an the right ventricle.



Vena Cava - the largest vein in the body, it carries blood from the body back to the
heart.

Coronary vessels - Supply the heart with its blood supply



Pulmonary Vein - Large blood vessels that receive oxygenated blood from the
lungs and drain into the left atrium of the heart



Left Atrium - Receives oxygenated blood from the pulmonary veins, and pumps it
into the left ventricle



Pulmonary Valve - one of two valves that allow blood to leave the heart via the
arteries. It is a one-way valve. Blood cannot flow back into the heart through it.



Arotic valve - one of the two semilunar valves of the heart, the other being the
pulmonary valve.



Left Auricles - It collects oxygenated blood as it leaves the lungs and moves the
blood into the left ventricle.
