an administrative action (to be considered valid).
1.1 Define administrative law.
Administrative law is a branch of public law that governs the activities of administrative
agencies of government. It involves the rules, regulations, and procedures established
by these agencies to implement and enforce laws, as well as the legal principles
governing their actions. Administrative law primarily deals with the following:
Rulemaking: The process by which administrative agencies create regulations and rules
