Introduction Breastfeeding has numerous health benefits for both babies and mothers. Breastfeeding has a positive impact on public health outcomes on a larger scale. It helps save money and resources for both the family and the community. Inspire of the obvious benefits of nursing, several obstacles remain that hinder many women from doing so. Breastfeeding is not the primary option for mothers to nourish their kids for the first six months of life due to a lack of lactation assistance at work, shortened or no maternity paid leave, or financial difficulties. Aside from such obstacles, I believe that breastfeeding education is important in boosting breastfeeding self-efficacy and dedication.
