Force - ANS-a push or pull; interaction between objects; unit: Newton = 1 kg∙m/s²

Field (physical meaning) - ANS-an area of influence; objects or energy can be affected
when they enter the area

Field (math definition) - ANS-an area with a value assigned to every location

Scalar Field - ANS-an area where each location has a numerical value

Vector Field - ANS-an area where each location has a direction and numerical value

Gravitational Force - ANS-the mutual force of attraction between particles of matter

Gravitational Field - ANS-area around a massive object that affects other objects; base
for gravitational force

Electric Force - ANS-mutual attraction or repulsion between electrically charged
particles

Electric Field - ANS-area around a charged object that affects other charged objects;
the strength and direction tell what electric force a + charge would experience there;
particles with charge always make electric fields

Magnetic Field - ANS-Area of influence of moving electric charges; basis for magnetic
force ("B-field"); particles with charge always make magnetic fields when moving; unit:
