sterilization area - ANSWER-means a separate room or area separate from workstations with restricted client
access in which tattooing instruments are cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized
in order to receive a license: - ANSWER-must not have been convicted of misdemeanor
or felony directly related to profession of tattoo
- certified copy of final order needs to be forwarded to board within 10 days after all appeal rights have expired
