-Must not have been convicted of a misdemeanor or felony in any jurisdiction where licensed (any records of convictions shall be sent to the board within 10 days after all appeal rights have expired) apprenticeship program - ANSWER-approved tattooing training program conducted by an approved apprenticeship sponsor
apprenticeship sponsor - ANSWER-individual approved to conduct tattooing apprenticeship program training who meets the qualifications
