I will be running my own business alone which means I will have the full responsibilites ann the
power to control my business ann how it is run. If any problems occurs or any gaps in my business I
will be able to neal with it myself ann also will employ some staf to make sure these gaps are fllen
with new staf that have a previously experiences in the bakery markets. These employees will have
the requiren ann specifc skills to no the job (which are also my weaknesses). I am also aiming to
balance my personal ann work although it is quite nifcult to balance them together. However, I am
neterminen to make sure both of my personal life ann my work to be one of my priorites. efore I
am startng my business, I will aim to improve my weaknesses. All the strengths I got I will use them
appropriately to allow me to run to make sure I can run it successfully.

Since I han a previous experience of three years working in the bakery market, this will help me

This means I will provine the customers with high quality customer service as I am going to employ

that relaten to the bakery markets. This to make sure that I provine customers with high quality
