Leerdoel 1: Je hebt kennis van de oorzaken van overgewicht en de factoren van
invloed hierop

The fundamental cause of obesity and overweight is an energy imbalance between calories
consumed and calories expended. Globally, there has been:

 an increased intake of energypdense foods that are high in fat; and
 an increase in physical inactvity due to the increasingly sedentary nature of many
forms of work, changing modes of transportaton, and increasing urbanizaton.

Changes in dietary and physical actvity paterns are ofen the result of environmental and
societal changes associated with development and lack of supportve policies in sectors such
as health, agriculture, transport, urban planning, environment, food processing, distributon,
marketng, and educaton.

Thank you for your review, could you indicate what you would like to see differently in the summary? Then I might adjust this.

Thank you for your review Meesham. Too bad to hear that the summary is just enough for you. Could you tell other students why? Then I can look at that and adjust this (provided I agree because I always achieved 8). Good luck with the exam! Greetings, Celine

8 plus was supposed to be. Unfortunately Stuvia doesn't show the plus sign, that's how the sentence sounds very crooked. Greetings, Celine
