Nature of complaint: I got put into a caravan next to some
very noisy teenagers & the security
guard was rude to me when I asked
him to ask them to be quiet as I was
trying to sleep. This happened 3
nights in a row.

C: Hey, I want to make a complaint
R: Of course, what is the issue?
C: I’ve had an awful sleep last night as the caravan next to us was extremely
noisy, I didn’t actually get to sleep until 6am is there any way you can ensure
this won’t happen tonight?
R: (Polite) Oh, I’m so sorry to hear that. I could send down a security guard to
speak to them and hopefully this will resolve the issue.
C: I hope so!
