2. What ways minht you sunnest to a company to back up their data?
Use RAID 1+0 preferably
NCS – Network attached storage
This type of storage solution is expensive but it allows to backup data across a network
allowing the company to quickly backup the data and make sure they can restore the data in
case of a catastrophic failure. It can be setup on the network because it’s provided with an
IP address. There is an option to set it so that it automatically backs-up the data.
DCS – Direct Attached Storage
This storage is connected to a PC via a direct connection as opposed to being attached via
network, examples of DAS are hard drives, solid state drives and optical discs which can be
plugged into the computer directly
Use a cloud storage solution
3. What way can you quickly identfy a problem with a fan?
If the fan is not spinning it means there may be a problem this problem may be a lack of
power, broken port or the blade hitng a component such as cable
Weird noises – If the fan is touching a certain component such as a cable it will start doing
weird noises, this can be identiied by the blade being damaged or the sounds
Overheating of certain components such as CPU and GPU
