So she would wish to recover from this state through non –surgical alternatives. History: Terry Ann is a 25-year-old female who has experienced persistent episodes of depression for the past year. Judging from the history of the patient, there is evidence of troubled sleeping, loss of energy and increased fatigue, feeling of worthlessness, difficulty in thinking, and slowed speech. Being an outpatient client, the 25-year-old lady attends the clinic of geriatric psychiatry due to symptoms of depression that are persistent evident with sleepiness. The patient has undergone several evaluations on multiple counts in the general practice for about 8 months. This being a referral treatment, the patience has been diagnosed with “Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea” The Patient is aware of her condition and is ready to adhere to medication processes. Terry reports that she is prepared to associate with people and establish good relationships that will assist in reducing bad memories with other health issues.
