Aims and Objectives

My aims and objectives within my fitness session are to ensure that people's muscular
endurance work harder than normal to build the muscle. Another aim im wanting to achieve
in this session is to ensure that everyone participating works hard causing them to sweat
and burn calories. An objective im going to target in my exercise is making sure everyone is
having fun and not getting bored when doing the session.
