FB Fax/Line Busy/Misc Tone - Logged when a fax machine answers the phone line, the line is busy or miscellaneous tones are heard. NA No Answer - Logged when no answer is received. NNV Number Not Valid - Logged when a telephone company states that the number is not available, has been disconnected, changed to a new number or is no longer in service. Also can be logged when the operator is notified the number they have called is a wrong number for that person. DNC Do not contact/ Do Not Call - No longer wants to be contacted about account. VFA Verified False Alarm - Logged when a subscriber or responsible party verifies an alarm to be false before dispatch. LM Left Message - Logged when an answering machine is received and a message is left or logged when leaving a message with someone other than the responsible party listed. TLD Two-way Line Dropped - Logged when two-way connection is made and the two-way line unexpectedly drops. TCMTwo-way connection made - Logged when a two way connection with the subscriber's premises is successfully initiated. AOS Authorities on site - Logged when the authorities advise they are on the premises. ANR Authorities Not Responding - Logged when the authorities state they will not be responding to a location. A note in the comment field will be logged indicating why the authorities will not be responding. NAR Notified Authorities of Responder - Logged when the authorities have been advised that a responsible party is responding. NCOM No Communication - Logged when there is no connection to the two-way unit. DREQ Dispatch Requested - Logged when a subscriber or responsible party requests that the authorities be dispatched. NML No Message Left - Logged when no message was left either with a person or answering machine. For example, this is logged when recalling the premise after receiving a cancel signal but message was already left. AC Actual Confirmed - Logged when an alarm is confirmed by the authorities or responsible party to be an actual.OC Operator Comment - Logged with no other disposition is applicable, in order to indicate an operator comment. TOS Technician On Site - Logged when technician advised they are on the premises. SUP Pending Supervisor Approval - Logged when needing direction, assistance, or clarification about the account from a supervisor. A note in the comment field of the supervisor's name or number is also logged. TPT Two-way Problem Toggling - Logged when two-way connection is made but there are issues toggling between modes. A note will be added to the comment field.
