alchol light daily can increase the risk of cancer.Heavy alchol can increase the risk of developing type 2
diabetes, binge drinking can increase the risk of cancer.Drinking alcohol can increase the risk of depression,
depression is common amongst heavy drinkers, drining less can reduce depressive symptoms.Drinking too
much can affect how the brain operates and this will change people’s mood. Drinking alcohol often raises
blood pressure and this increase the risk of developing hypertension, having one drink a day can make it
more likely to develop hypertension.Drinking five days a week can increase the risk of developing
hypertension and it also damages the persons health, drinking less will lower blood pressure and it reduces
the risk of developing hypertension.Heavy drinking of alcohol can allow someone to gain injuries to their
head such as falling or getting into a fight and this can contribute to the risk of dementia.Drinking too much

new tasks , difficult to think and problem solve (Alcoholconcern,2016).

Heavy drinking can increase the risk of heart disease and raise one’s blood pressure.Drinking too much
alcohol can affect the liver and can cause the liver to be inflamed or scarred.Heavy drinking can cause
