Client Profile
This client is a professionally weight lifter and requires his fitness
session to meet this strengths and fitness level.

Gender - Male
Age - 23
Medical and Exercise History - There is no medical history with this
individual. His exercise history has been very good. This client has been
physical fitness and participated in sporting activities since a young age.
Currently fitness level - This client's fitness level is high due to him
being a weightlifter. The client's diet is extremely healthy getting all the
right minerals and victims in.
Exercise-activity preferences - The client wants a 6 week programme
specificity to muscular endurance and some cardiovascular endurance,
and does not get bored of similar exercises. The client also likes going
for runs in their spare time.
Motives - The individuals is entering his first weightlifting competition
and he is wanting to reach first place. This is giving him the motivation to
try harder in training.
Barriers - My client has to look after a family member every tuesday,
thursday, saturday and sunday, this is a major barrier to my clients. This
is because he will not have enough time to complete the workouts on
these days, preventing him to train. Due to this barrier the client will work
harder than normal in the gym sessions.
Goals
 SHORT - The clients short term goal is to reach the fitness levels
for the weightlifting competition and see positive progression in
both this health and structure. Another short term goal is to ensure
that they carry on, motivating themselves to reach the long term
goal.
 LONG - The clients long term goal is to carry on the 6 week
training programme along with increasing the rate of reps and
miles to increase his fitness each session. Another long term goal
of his is to carry on entering weightlifting competition until he
becomes professional.
