COMMUNICATION
As a leader/organiser, communication is the most important skill leaders must
have. Without communication, a business cannot run at all. For a leader,
communication is the basic skill he must have and dominate. But for me,
English is not the only language I’m able to speak; I speak as well Spanish,
Catalan and Arabic. This is a lot of advantage among others because I can
understand what others say and I can communicate with them. Also, I can find
new suppliers or better ones.
This is also linked with good leaders because, leaders as me could extend their
business to other countries without having any problem. I understand and
speak 100% those languages, I can contract people from other countries to
work in England, or inside out, I am able to contract people from England and
send them to work in other countries. Communication needs to be clear,
because if you want to succeed, your employees have to understand what the
message is and the purpose of doing this programme. By having good
communication you could get cheaper deals or even change aspect of contracts
that employees may disagree with. Communication is vital because I’m in
constant contact with those around me, and even if I’d like to hire a venue,
communication will be needed to negotiate everything.
