, Inleiding
Dit verslag heb ik gemaakt voor het vak “Stimuleren van ontwikkeling ”.
De eindopdracht is verdeeld in 3 onderdelen:
1. Observeren
2. Didactisch handelen
3. Pedagogisch handelen
Voor het observeren heb ik gebruik gemaakt van een bestaand observatieformulier dat wij
hanteren op onze werkplek de V. in Den Helder.
Ik werk op basisschool de V. in Den Helder als groepsleider van 3-4 en 6-7. De observatie
gaat over een leerling uit groep 3.
Om meer inzicht te krijgen in de ontwikkeling heb ik naast mijn eigen observatie ook gebruik
gemaakt van het LVS uit Parnassyys, gesprekken met ouders, collega’s en het kind zelf.
Persoonlijk in gesprek gaan met een kind vind ik zelf enorm belangrijk en moet de eerste
stap zijn. Eerst aandacht voor het kind zelf en praten met elkaar en luisteren naar het kind.
Een affectieve houding (Eijkeren, 2020, p 111) is iets wat dicht bij mijzelf ligt en de ervaring
leert dat je op deze manier ook echt aan relatie werkt met een kind.
De conclusie van deze observatie heb ik beschreven in dit verslag. Ik heb beschreven of het
vertoonde gedrag conform de verwachtingen is aan de hand van de theorie. Ik heb aan de
hand van het opvallende gedrag een activiteit ontworpen om de ontwikkeling te stimuleren
op een gekozen ontwikkelingsgebied.
Ik heb onderbouwd waarom ik deze pedagogische keuzes hebt gemaakt en ook dit weer
gekoppeld aan de theorie.
