In het volgende verslag leest u het gemaakte portfolio ten behoeve van het vastgoed ontwikkelen
3. In dit portfolio worden twee projecten met elkaar vergeleken op verschillende aspecten. Het
gaat hier om de ontwikkeling van de Tasmantoren te Groningen en de gebiedsontwikkeling van
Handelskade te Nijmegen. Dit is een deel gebied van de gebiedsontwikkeling Waalfront.
Het maken van dit portfolio was een tijdrovende opdracht waarbij veel middelen aan te pas
kwamen. Tijdens het schrijven heb ik verschillende inzichten mogen opdoen die in positieve zin
hebben bijgedragen aan het ontwikkelen van mijn competenties als aankomend
makelaar/ontwikkelaar.
