Argumentative Letter
I am Abraham, a youth in Sweden and a member of the international journal of social welfare. I am writing to highlight the unemployment issues dated 6th March 2022 regarding youth employment. In the article that I have quoted, the youths not in employment or training have been categorized to different administrative and political levels to be guided by different professions. According to Usmani and Hassan (2022), all of these classifications, in my opinion, should be managed by a single administrative body that is directed by the same professions. These would simplify the procedures required to monitor the issue of youth unemployment. Bringing them under one management will solve the various types of governance impacting it in different countries. According to Benish at el.(2018), the education factor contributes to the unemployment of the youths. It is not only the uneducated youths facing these challenges, as stated in the article, but it also affects the educated ones. The education system has been a major contributor as it prepares them for employment, not to be job creators, by touching on their talents. An alternative approach toward education should be put across to ensure that graduates do not end up being unemployed. Detailed information of the local establishment of not employed and educational training of youths and their problems being developed to have the same perception of these issues and common solution to one point of view would be a challenge and not solve the issues of unemployment. The governances system has major models, each presenting itself differently with its challenges affecting employment.
