To achieve spiritual enlightenment and eliminate all sorrow, you must follow Buddhism's Eightfold Path, commonly known as the Middle Path or the Middle Method. This includes having the proper viewpoint, making the right choice, speaking the right words, doing the appropriate manner, living the right way, making the right effort, and uniting or combining things. According to Marques (2019), the most significant aspects of the Eightfold Path to employ as guidance in life, in my view, are correct effort and the right mental attitude. It makes no difference if you speak the valid words, do the right thing, or concentrate on the right thing; these are the least important things. Humans have the right to earn a living and to live. You may prevent wrath and jealousy if you have the correct mental attitude. If you don't have negative ideas, you can live a morally honest life, respect the nation's laws, and get along with other people. According to Marques (2019), understanding that the four noble truths are noble and trustworthy is essential for exercising one's right to knowledge. The four noble truths define Buddhism's absolute path. In order to think rightly, one must first decide and resolve to follow the Buddhist path. A correct mental attitude permits one to think about what is right and wrong so that they may do things that do not annoy others, as demonstrated in the right to livelihood, where one is not compelled to work in occupations that violate other people's rights. As seen in the right to speech, the right to a positive mental attitude also aids us in avoiding harmful speech such as lying and gossip. The right to prevent violence is also a factor in behavior. A few pathways decide others, and if you have them, you'll have the rest, thus why some are more significant.
