It may help make information technology that much better. Exchanging ideas with each individual can help prepare a new software information technology system at another facility. For instance, when a new individual is integrated into a new health care facility and has previously worked elsewhere in the healthcare industry. This person along with the organization he or she just joined can collaborate and share knowledge to come up with a brand new software. With the new member adding information he or she has seen that hasn’t worked along with what the new organization has seen, they together can construct a new software with less glishes. For instance, if the new team remember has experienced backlash from employees when adding shortcuts to the healthcare software and the new organization wants to add shortcuts.
