Child labour
With regards to ethical concerns within a business child labour is a
noteworthy issue that happens within business. Child labour can be
defined as the employment of youngsters in an industry or business,
especially when unlawful or considered exploitative. Child labour is
regularly defined as work that denies children of their childhood, their
potential and their respect, and that is unsafe to physical and mental
advancement. There are criteria’s must be met which incorporate the
work being is rationally, physically, socially or ethically unsafe and harmful
to children; and interferes with their schooling by: denying them of the
chance to attend school; obliging them to leave school rashly; or
expecting them to attempt to combine school attendance with excessively
long and substantial work.

Bribery and Corruption
Another major ethical worry within business including Primark is the
bribery and corruption including staff and employees. Bribery is defined
by Black's Law Dictionary as the offering, giving, accepting, or requesting
of any thing of significant worth to impact the activities of an official or
other individual accountable for an open or legitimate obligation.
Corruption is an abuse of a place of trust keeping in mind to gain an
undue advantage these are major ethical concerns within business.
Primark considers bribery and corruption seriously dealing harshly with
people found out to be particularly first world nations.
