Introduction
The purpose of this lab is to study and observe the behavior of an object that is being moved at
a constant acceleration. An object that is moving at a constant, or uniform acceleration, is known to have
a constant rate of change in velocity as well. From the graphs of an objects position, velocity and
acceleration, we are able to learn a lot about the behavior of the object in motion. These quantities and
behaviors can also be defined with equations. We can determine the displacement of the object by
finding the difference between the final and initial position of the object. We can then use the
