SCAs signs and symptoms according to the video
Poor coordination and balance: during physical examination a patient suffering from SCAs cannot be able to coordinate movement of his index finger from the tip of his or nose to the one of the fingers of the examiner, poor swallowing. Unsteady gait: abnormal coordination of working position or steps which is why patients of SCA are on a wheel chair especially when it suffices in their lives. In the long term lead to breathing failure or cardiac malfunctioning because the neurons or nerves coordinating their motility degenerates
