Generally presents within 12 hours of life with resp distress, systolic murmur, and a single heart sound. UE and LE's pres- sures are usually the same. The correct tip position of the PICC is in the lower third of the vena cava, or approximately between T3-T5. UVC:The tip of the UVC should be placed in the inferior vena cava just below the vena cava and the right atrium, which is T8 ’ T9
