Ambulatory person (Ans - Means a person who is capable of demonstrating the mental competence and physical ability to leave a building without assistance of any other person or without the use of any mechanical device incase of an emergency (basic cane ok, quad cane not) Appropriately skilled professional (Ans - Means an individual that has training and is licensed to perform the necessary medical procedures prescribed by a physician.
