ETHICS, COMPLIANCE AUDITING, AND EMERGING ISSUES 2 Ethics, Compliance Auditing, and Emerging Issues Introduction In establishing an effective ethics program, a business must be familiar with the type of agenda they want to present in a proposal. In submitting a proposal introducing ethics, compliance auditing and other emerging issues the organization must focus not only on what is best for their employees, customers, and community but also what is legal as well. The assignment of this paper is to present to the new CEO of the organization a motion which should create an ethics program. The program will include a training plan that will propose a development plan to conduct compliance auditing. The points of this recommendation will attempt to address the following:  Describe an emerging global risk that is geopolitical.  Identify all countries that might be associated with the risk.  Describe the effects of the risk on each country.  Evaluate the role of ethical decision-making in business organizations as the part pertains to your global risk.  Analyze the impact of business ethics on stakeholder relationships.  Analyze why it is necessary to create an ethics program, conduct training, and engage in compliance auditing.  Design a training plan for ethical considerations and social responsibility as it relates to the critical risk area and the countries you have selected. The training plan must include the following: o The goals of the training program o The objectives of the training program o The learning methods/activities of the training program o How the training program will be evaluated
