Er is nog geen goed beleid gevonden voor chemicaliën die een balance geven tussen
benefits en risks.
Nationaal→Sinds er chemicaliën beleid kwam, was dit een strikte regelgeving over allerlei
stoffen apart.
Globaal→ Chemicaliën beleid moet de economie en banen niet in gevaar brengen →
restricties en bans alleen wanneer wetenschappelijk bewijs voor gevaar is.
Beide leiden tot competitie en schaadt de economie niet. Maar wanneer het beleid men niet
aanstaat zullen ze het niet accepteren of productie naar het buitenland verplaatsen.
