As pt wanted to go home care for his family and not to be cared for, but his wife wanted him to get better of his vertigo and she was concern why dr. letting pt. go home so soon without looking at MRI report. ● What were some of the challenging decisions the nurse needed to make? The student nurse is human being too and do feel anger and how to react in that situation is the challenging decision as a statement could be said in certain ways to be nice and could mean to others. ● Describe the rationale behind these decisions.
