Karlshorst ein Tonstudio für Musikaufnahmen betreibt. M erwirbt von E ein neues
Mischpult zum Preis von 25.000 EUR. Wegen finanzieller Schwierigkeiten bezahlt
M die von E gestellte Rechnung nicht. E nimmt daher A auf Zahlung in Anspruch.
A hält 20 % der Anteile an der M, B und C jeweils 40 %.
1. Hat E einen Anspruch gegen A auf Zahlung von 25.000 EUR?
2. Kann A von M Ersatz verlangen, wenn er an E zahlt?
3. Kann A, wenn er von M nichts bekommt, weil diese inzwischen insolvent ist,
auch gegen seine Mitgesellschafter B und C Geldausgleich verlangen, und
