Het document bestaat uit een uitwerking aan de hand van een vergadering die op school in een groep van 6 tot 7 personen is uitgevoerd. Elk persoon spreekt namens een instantie en beoordeeld en bespreekt de gegeven casus. In mijn geval ging het om de casus van Eusebio. Twee vaders met twee kinderen. De ene vader is gewelddadig en mishandeld het gezin. Vanuit mijn instantie (VeiligThuis) moest ik denken aan de slachtoffers. In het document heb ik mijn beoordeling aan de hand van het protocol van VeiligThuis gegeven en een samenvatting gemaakt omtrent de ontwikkelingen rondom het publiekrecht.
