UNIT4;PROGRAMMING
(Merit)
A Examine the computational thinking skills and
principles of computer programming
M1;
Principles of logic applied to program design
The logic of programming requires variety of inclusive ways to work
according to the logical principles. Logical principles are
implementation and evaluation of logical operations or hard data to
function. Computational logic such as mathematic logics,
propositional logic and the uses of set and iteration which interact
with new technologies to test data appropriately and build powerful
algorithms to solve even the most complex problems(coding).
Programming language is easy for computer to understand or for
programmer to implement the code using the Computational logic.
Mathematical logic:
Mathematical logic is kind of dealing with logical connectives (such
as, “and”, “or”, “if”, “for all”, and “exit”), variables and proofs.
Mathematical logics are often used for logical proofs. Proofs are valid
arguments that determine the truth values of mathematical
statements. For example, the symbol “∴∴”, (read therefore) is placed
before the conclusion. The above are the reasoning mathematical
statements which makes the rule of Mathematical logic.
Mathematical logics categorized into three categories.
1. Propositional logic
2. Predicate logic
3. Uses of set or iteration
Propositional logic
