Management is an essential concept required by every type of business organization
- be it a profit-making or a non-profit organization. The main focus of management
is group activity, directing the efforts of employees towards achieving the common
goal of the organization, even though they may be involved in different tasks.
The concept of management involves three major elements: process, effectiveness,
and efficiency. These three elements are crucial to the success of any business.
Management is not only concerned with achieving goals effectively but also with
attaining them efficiently.
Management and health are important topics from an examination point of view, as
they can be asked for up to eight marks. Management is a universal concept,
applicable to all types of business organizations. It is necessary for conducting
any type of activity. In fact, any activity without management is equal to zero
