Website Development
Introduction- In this report I have been asked to design and develop a
website to promote “Hot Beans Web” companies to prospective employees, as
they need to recruit more web developers. This website will help people who
are looking for a job as a web developer. When developing the website, I will
be including the use of screenshots to show my evidence of my website and
testing. Also evidence of the website working on a range of devices such as
desktop, laptop and mobile devices also different browsers like chrome, firefox,
microsoft edge. In addition to this I will create two versions of the website to
help me decide which one will work best for the target audience and meet the
client requirements. I will also gather some feedback from people e.g I will ask
other people to help me identify improvements to the design such as colours,
navigation bars etc that I made. In order to do this I will make a questionnaire
so they can give their opinions there and it will be easier for me to gather the
information. Afterwards, based on the feedback received, I will make any
improvements on my website to optimise and to ensure it works expectedly.
After the first feedback and improvements I will ask them for another feedback
and I will change if anything needs to be changed. And then once I designed
and developed my website. And lastly I will evaluate the development process
giving reasoned justifications for my choices and why changes were made.
In order to do this I need hardware, software to create the website. The
software I will be using is Dreamweaver. bEcause it has the ability to create
consiste looking web pages. Also it has good tools for building websites.
Purpose- The purpose of this website is to ensure people who have
completed training courses or qualifications related to web development and
are now looking for a job as a web developer to help them find a job that they
must be interested in. From this website they will be able to see what are the
job specifications and what are the qualifications it requires. Also they will be
able to get links to web development courses if they need as well as online
application form.
Target audience- The website I will be creating the target audience for
this will be people who have completed training courses or qualifications
related to web development and are now looking for a job as a web
developer.

my chosen design I will create a set of webpages for my chosen design.
When creating the web pages I will make sure that I take into
consideration how the web pages will look and I will also make sure that
the website is consistent and the layout of the website will stay the
same.
When testing my website, I will test it for functionality and performance
issues and document them if there are any issues with the original
website. Once I have created the website I will test the website and
create an improved version of the website taking into consideration the
feedback. I will develop the website in dreamweaver HTML and for the
layout design of the website I will use CSS for the style of the website.
