FNP 590 CARINE JEAN BAPTISTE REFLECTIVE EXERCISE 1) What does Craigie describe as the relationship between spirit and life? What are your thoughts? Do you have an experience to share pertaining to this description? Craigie describes the relationship between spirit and life as spirit is the inner feeling that one must connect with to feel alive, to feel complete. It took me some times in my younger years to realized that the feeling of being tired and drained that I used to constantly experince was connected to me being distant to my spiritual life. It took me a while to learn the difference being religious and spiritual and once I was able to make that difference I was so much relieved. Setting time aside to meditate, to connect with my inner spiritual self brings me inner peace, feeling refreshed and alive. Whenever I feel overwhelmed, I know that waking up extra early before everyone in my house so I can meditate without any distraction will change my stress into calm and I will feel renewed and full of life.
