, Inleiding
Vanaf december 2021 ben ik werkzaam bij Plezier in Zorg in Hilversum. Een zorginstelling voor
kinderen en jongeren met een autismespectrumstoornis en/of een verwante stoornis. Dit gaat vaak
gepaard met een licht verstandelijke beperking. Wij bieden kinderen en jongeren die tijdelijk of
langdurig een leerplichtontheffing hebben op individueel niveau onderwijs aan. In de klas bieden we
naast schoolse activiteiten ook praktische vaardigheden aan: leren koken, leren schoonmaken en
boodschappen doen.
Over het laatste punt, deelnemen in het verkeer, heb ik gesignaleerd dat dit een groot
aandachtspunt is binnen mijn organisatie. In dit verslag werk ik dit signaal en hoe ik met dit signaal
aan de slag ga uit. Signaleren houdt in: ‘het opvangen van en betekenis toekennen aan
