Feedback – importance of:
Probably the most nb part of the communication process. It is essential to let the
sender know the message has been received and understood. Psychologically the sender
requires feedback for his/her own set of needs. Furthermore failure to provide it can
be costly to the firm – dissatisfied customers and ultimately lost sales and profits.
