institute and conduct prosecutions for indictable offences in the
Local, District and Supreme Courts; and conduct appeals arising
from those prosecutions, including as the responding party, in any
court
Deal with serious economic offences.
Public prosecutors
Law officers that conduct criminal proceedings on behalf of the state.

Represent the state.
