 beoordeling elektrische prikkelbaarheid van perifere motorische zenuwen & spieren

2.2. therapeutisch:
 behoud contractiliteit OF spierversterking OF spierontspanning
 parese/ verlamming
- contractiliteit behouden /functionele oplossing bieden
 atrofie
- bij normale innervatie
- waar spierversterking nodig is
 hypertoniciteit
- bij normale innervatie
- waar spier pijnlijke hardheid vertoont

2.3. diagnostische MSC gebruikt
 monofasische rechthoekige pulsen
- = vierkante pulsen
 monofasische driehoekige pulsen

2.4. therapeutische MSC gebruikt:
 monofasische rechthoekige (zeldzame gevallen) OF driehoekige (meeste gevallen) pulsen
 (neo)faradische stroom
 TENS tweeledig doel: PDC en MSC
 midfrequente stromen.
