BIPOLAR JUNCTION TRANSISTOR
1.1 Using the Multisim simulation of whatever version you have (possibly the latest version) connect the
circuit in figure 1 above. Make sure you edit the model of the transistor that is the “BF“ parameter
field to be BDC = 250
,1.2 Connect an ammeter in series with the resistor Rc to measure the collector current Ic and a voltmeter
in parallel with the transistor Q1 to measure Vce. Run the simulation in MultisSim.
Show the image of the circuit connected in Multisim with an ammeter and the voltmeter displayed. State
the measured values of Ic and Vce.
