he three most important attributes I believe that a person must have is humility, listening, and open-mindedness. Humility involves knowing your limits, and having appreciation for the intentions, strengths and perspectives of others. It is also important because it avoids the arrogance that people sometimes have about a certain topic or subject. I like it because in essence takes away the idea of having any superior knowledge even when you think you may be an expert on something humility helps you achieve a more open mind when there is more wisdom and insight for one to learn.
