Introduction

As a reporter for a national newspaper I have been asked to write an article from research
that I have conducted examining ethical concerns of communities where Royal Dutch Shell
operates. In my article I will talk about ethical concerns of the communities in which Shell
operates and afterwards I will discuss the measures that can be taken to improve Shell’s
corporate responsibility.
