In this report, I will be stating the needs of the user of the Copt Hill Preservation Society website as
well as reviewing how useful my website is and how well it meets the needs of the users. I will also
review whether I have met all of the requirements of my client and cover where I gained the
information.

Suitability
Complying with all the requirements set by Copt Hill Preservation Society, I have created a
website for them in correspondence to their aims and objectives. While creating each page I was
doing a log of references and explanations of how each page I’ve created is going to help Copt Hill
to deliver the importance of existence and preservation of prehistoric burial sites like ‘’Seven Sisters’
‘to the world’s broad masses.
While creating the website for Copt Hill Preservation society I was guiding myself with the points
listed below and tried to facilitate the website with everything it need to meet its requirements and
reach the overall purpose of the organisation.
Website’s aim: to encourage visitors by informing people about its importance as a site of historic
interest of Copt Hill.
Website’s objective: to promote the activities of the Copt Hill Preservation Society and reach a
broader audience.
 My website is easy to use and navigate
 Visitors easily can find whom to contact to get more information
 The website is visually appealing, visitors should enjoy looking at the site
 The site is accessible through a range of browsers
 The website meets the requirements of the Disability Discrimination regulations on website
accessibility. Part III of the Disability Discrimination Act refers to the provision of goods,
facilities and services. The Code of Practice which specifically mentions websites.

Involving Client
It is so important for every business to be modern and up to date with the latest trends so that they
stay successful in fighting for their clients. It is also important to involve the clients and make the
website interactive to attract new customers, since involving the clients is a key for making profits
and it brings daily bread for a business. The lack of interaction with clients often leads to
misunderstanding, as well as less awareness of and appreciation for all your hard work. Involving
clients in your website’s workflow can be very challenging in the modern days.
