Task 1:
a) Present complex internal business information using three different methods appropriate to
the user’s need.
1.0 Introduction
I have recently set up a small business called ‘’Havering Communications”. The Entrepreneurs’
Forum has employed me to do advise people setting up in business on the importance of effective
communications. Essentially, I will produce a pack of resources using a variety of media that not
only explain about communication but also give practical examples.
2.0 Terms of reference
In this report I have been asked present complex internal business information using three different
methods appropriate to the user’s need. I will use the Internet, Moodle and my Business Textbook to
collect information for this report.
Intended audience: potential investors, suppliers and
governments
Purpose of the information: to provide an insight in the
company’s work, perspectives and to make assumptions about
the possible future of the company
