Also, Mrs. G feels that having individuals who care around you is essential and can make life exciting. The company of the home health nurse made Mrs. G happy as well as helped her to beat stress and loneliness. Besides, Mrs. G also feels that memories are what make life interesting. She did not want to live her home for an assisted living facility because it reminded her of her loving husband. Concerning Mrs. G’s family, she feels that this is an essential social unit in her life. Mrs. G also feels that her traditions are essential to her and cannot be dropped regardless of the situation. Mrs. G did not want to live a house she shared with her late husband for 35 years.
